Bengaluru: In a big disappointment to the JDS lawmakers, party supremo HD Deve Gowda made it clear that two ministerial posts of the party quota lying vacant in the state cabinet will be filled only after the Lok Sabha election.
Deve Gowda, who held a meeting with the JDS district unit leaders on Monday at the party office in the city made it clear that there will be no cabinet expansion soon. “We will fill these two posts only after Lok Sabha election,” he said.
Gowda also reviewed the party position in various Lok Sabha constituencies including Mangaluru where the party is not in the winning position.
