Bengaluru: The Government of Karnataka (GoK) on Tuesday November 15 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS) for a period of five years in presence of Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
In the areas of result measurement, personnel management, strategic public finance, and enhancing the state’s ability to work with markets, CEGIS will offer technical help to government departments and their agencies.
CEGIS is collaborating with the governments of Telangana, the NCT of Delhi, the Bodoland Territorial Region, Assam, and Tamil Nadu.
