Bengaluru: Revenue Minister R. Ashoka on Wednesday April 27 said that many leaders from other parties are ready to join BJP ahead of 2023 Assembly election. Congress’ stand on the hijab issue too has induced this, he noted.
Expressing confidence that BJP will win the State Assembly polls, Ashok said that preparations are on to induct many leaders from other parties. He also observed that Congress did not bring the Hijab issue in the Assembly which was its major gaffe.
Congress took up the hijab issue only outside the Assembly, he added.
