Bengaluru is set to witness the launch of several new air routes, enhancing both domestic and international connectivity for travelers.
On the domestic front, StarAir will inaugurate direct flights from Bengaluru to Nanded, with daily services commencing on March 31. Departing Bengaluru at 7:15 a.m., the flight will reach Nanded at 8:35 a.m. The return leg will depart Nanded at 4:45 p.m. and arrive in Bengaluru at 6:05 p.m. Additionally, Indigo will introduce daily direct flights between Srinagar and Bengaluru starting from April 1, departing Bengaluru at 9:35 a.m. and arriving in Srinagar at 1:05 p.m.
Vistara is expanding its connectivity from Bengaluru to three destinations, offering daily flights to Udaipur, two daily flights to Thiruvananthapuram, and three daily flights to Kochi.
On the international front, Virgin Atlantic is launching daily direct service between Bengaluru and London (Heathrow) from March 31, catering to both passengers and cargo. The flights will be operated using Virgin Atlantic’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, featuring 31 upper-class, 35 premium, and 192 economy delight, classic, and light seats, along with an upper-class social space. Additionally, the airline will provide cargo services with 20 tonnes available on each flight.
