Protest demands for recommendation of Sadashiva Commission report

Bengaluru: Karnataka Dalit Conflict Committee state President Dr. N Murthy on Saturday led a massive protest in the Mysore Bank Circle, urged the central government to implement a report of retired Justice AJ Sadashiva on the inter reservation of the Scheduled Castes.

It has been already 9 years since the A.J. Sadashiv Commission scientifically classified and recommendations were made in order to facilitate the backward Scheduled Castes (SCs), 6 percent for the Madigas, 5 percent for the Holayas, 3 percent for the Bovi, Korama, Koracha, and others have been proposed to be allocated 15 percent of the total. The Protesters demanded CM BS Yeddyurappa to recommend the central government for implementation.

He demanded the implementation of caste-wise reservation recommended the Backward  Class Kant Raj Commission report.

On 25 March, the report was sent to the implementation of the report by the Swamiji of the Adijambava Conflict Committee and the Sadashiva Report Struggle Committee will support the march from Prof. Krishnappa’s tomb to Bengaluru.
