Bengaluru: The city police took 13 individuals including actor Darshan and Pavitra Gowda were taken to crime spot by Kamakshipalya police connection with the brutal murder of Renukaswamy in Jayanna shed located in Pattanagere. The suspects have been taken into custody for a period of 6 days.
All the accused were brought back to the crime scene where Renukaswamy was viciously attacked and killed. The police meticulously questioned each individual regarding their presence at Pattanagere Shed and the timing of their arrival. Additionally, they collected information about the materials used during the murder. The entire process was recorded on video.
Inside the shed, each accused was separately taken by the police to record their statement. Notably, Darshan’s girlfriend Pavitra Gowda appeared visibly upset throughout this procedure.
A forensic science team also entered the shed to thoroughly inspected every corner for any evidence such as bloodstains or materials linked to the heinous crime. Prior to this, investigators had taken all suspects to examine the location where Renukaswamy’s body had been disposed of in Kamakshipalya. However, Darshan and Pavitra were not brought along for that particular inspection.
