Bengaluru: A speeding KSRTC bus knocked down a civil engineer working in a private firm on December 6 killing him on the spot, while his wife riding pillion suffered injuries.
Kamal Mani, resident of Mariyappanapalya in the city is the deceased. Kamal had married Lavanya two years ago. He was on his way to drop his wife to office in the morning at 9.30 am when the accident occurred. Injured Lavanya is said to be out of danger.
Rajajinagar police have arrested the KSRTC bus driver.
