Bengaluru: The supplementary budget session of the Karnataka legislature will be held between October 14 and 21.
Announcing the decision, Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa informed that the supplementary budget and other important documents will be presented at the session for approval.
He also informed that this year no assembly session will be held at the Suvarna Soudha in Belagavi.
“All these decisions were taken at the meeting with senior ministers,” he added.
According to sources, the state government decided against holding the session at the Suvarna Soudha in Belagavi following the fear that flood-affected victims may hold protests, demanding relief.
