Karwar: Former MLA Mankala S. Vaidya, accompanied by thousands of his supporters, arrived at the Taluk Administration Soudha here and met Assistant Commissioner and Returning Officer Mamta devi G.S and submitted his nomination papers.
Earlier , he had visited at Murdeshwar temple, Halekote Hanuman temple in Shirali and then proceeded to the village deity Hanuman temple in the city and after rendering seva, he took out a huge procession along with thousands of Congress party workers and submitted his nomination papers.
