Mangaluru: In a concerning incident, a man fell victim to an unauthorized financial transfer amounting to ₹37,000. The culprits behind this audacious act exploited a thumbprint and a copy of the victim’s Aadhaar card, which had been initially obtained during a land sale transaction at the Sub-Registrar’s office.
The victim, upon discovering these dubious transactions, swiftly reported the incident to the local police authorities.
Prompted by the complaint, an official investigation has been initiated to identify and apprehend the individuals responsible for this illicit activity. Law enforcement agencies are working diligently to bring those behind the unauthorized transfer to justice.
