Parents are expressing frustration towards teachers who seem unaware that providing small children with axe-shaped pencils can have an impact on their emotions.
The parents have urged field education officers to prohibit the sale of such controversial and harmful items to children. They are calling for action against vendors who have visited multiple schools in the taluk, selling pencils of a similar nature.
