Kasargod: Police intensified search operations to nab three robbers involved in Super market robbery that took place on the night of October 6 in Kanhangad as the CCTV footages throws clear light on the crime scene and those involved.
Six CCTV cameras were installed within the super market belonging to Athil Hasainar in which robbery took place. Three men gained entry by breaking one of the four shutters and decamped with cash worth Rs 2 lakhs and other valuables. After entering they broke open the drawer at the cash counter and the footage clearly reveals the sequences of events on the night of the robbery and those involved.
Forensic experts collected finger print details and dog squad was pressed into service.
It is learnt, multiple robberies were reported from the same area that night and now police are trying to ascertain whether same gang was involved in those robberies.
