Mangaluru: The Mangalore University (MU) has promised students and parents that the results of the degree examinations held in August-September and September-October 2021 would be released as soon as possible, stated a press release. MU has asked students and their parents not to be concerned about the delay in the announcement of results.
The delay in publishing results has been attributed to the pandemic and the adoption of new software. The university had adopted the MuLinx Open Source Software for autonomously conducting the examinations. Due to the Covid pandemic, several examinations were held one after the other. Migrating and uploading old data takes time due to the new software’s adaptation, stated the press release.
The University reassured students that they need not be concerned about any errors. Answer papers can be accessed by students if there is any confusion regarding the published result, as per the rules. Students can also write to the chancellor’s office through the college principal to resolve any issues.
