Mangaluru: A doctor and a businessman from Shimoga recently lost their lives at the Seethanadi. The incident took place at the Nelllikate cross on Sunday evening. The two individuals were on their way to Someshwar beach with another friend, Dr. Vincecnt MC Mohan. 

However, the three decided to stop by at Hebri for a swim. This is when Sinu Daniel , a businessman of 40 drowned. His friend, Dr. Deepak (34), rushed to help but was drowned along with his friend. 

Dr. Vincent is the only one from the gang to have survived the tragic incident. By clinging to the roots of the tree, the doctor managed to come out of the water and reach the banks.
