Mangaluru: The City Crime Branch the and Narcotics and Economic Offences police jointly arrested a 41-year-old person in connection with marijuana peddling ganja and seized 1.110 kg of it from his possession on Friday, January 11.
The arrested has been identified as Abdul Majeed, a resident of Bunder. According to the police sources, based on a tip-off from a person in Pumpwell junction, the police detained Majeed for questioning.
Majeed confessed to peddling ganja. Police have also a motorcycle and a mobile phone from his possession.
