Mangaluru: Surathkal Police has arrested one more accused in connection with the murder of Krishnapura resident Jaleel and thus the number of arrests has gone up to four.
Lakshmisha Devadiga (28), a resident of Katipalla, has been arrested. Earlier, Shailesh alias Shailesh Poojary (21), a resident of Naithangadi in Krishnapura, Savin Kanchan alias Munnu (24), a resident of Hejamady in Udupi, and Pawan alias Pachu (23), a resident of Krishnapura 3rd Block, were arrested.
It can be recalled here that Jaleel, a resident of Krishnapura, was stabbed to death by the miscreants in front of his fancy and slipper shop at Naithangadi.
