Mangaluru: A group of youth were allegedly for roaming with girls in the late hours on Saturday December 10.
According to sources, the incident happened around midnight. Hindu women allegedly roamed the streets with the youth of different faiths. This offended activists for a Hindu organisation, who enquired about their motives.
The explanation from the youth did not satisfy the group, therefore they allegedly assaulted them.
The youth were reportedly taken to the police station and then released.
