Bengaluru: Heavy to moderate rainfall is expected across the State through Tuesday December 13, informed the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
An orange alert has been issued in Chitradurga, Tumakuru, Bangalore Rural, Ramanagara and Mandya districts and a yellow alert for Chikkamagaluru, Hassan, Kodagu, Mysuru, Chamarajanagara, Bangalore Urban, Kolar, and Chikkaballapura.
As per the official announcement, Cyclone Mandous completed its landfall process on Saturday and has now weakened into a depression. Heavy rain from the storm caused waterlogging and affected some people’s normal lives in areas of southern states.
