Mangaluru: In a significant operation, Mangaluru Police apprehended two individuals, Mustafa (37) and Shamshuddin A (38), both hailing from Kerala, for the illegal sale of MDMA drugs near National Highway 66 on Talapady K C Road, within the jurisdiction of Ullal police station.
The arrests came following a tip-off regarding the unauthorized distribution of MDMA to the public. Acting swiftly, the CCB police detained the suspects and confiscated 15 grams of prohibited MDMA drugs, along with digital weighing equipment and mobile phones valued at Rs 75,000.
Mangaluru Police Commissioner Anupam Aggarwal, operating under the guidance of the IPS, oversaw the successful execution of this operation.
