On Wednesday April 26, the heads of the Mumbai-based firm will inspect the site and start work to demolish the German-style pandal. About 300 metre length, ans 100-150 metre-wide pandal will be constructed. Once the itinerary is finalised, the Prime Minister’s Security SPG will inspect the venue of the conference and suggest modifications.

Officials of the Public Works Department (PWD) have examined the construction of a helipad at the site where the Krishi Mela was held in Kolnadu last year. Arrangements have to be made for the induction of 3 helicopters. In the meantime, there is also a plan to use the NMPA helipad as an alternative. It is 16 km from here to the venue.
