Mangaluru: Due to the rise in the temperature, the snakes are often seen entering houses and buildings in search of food and resorting to cold areas for some respite.
On Saturday February 25, four cobras had entered three houses and were captured by reptile lover Anil Prabhu.
Two cobras joined the adjacent house of St. Lawrence Basilica at Attur. When the owner of the house saw it, he contacted
Anil Prabhu, who immediately reached the spot, and captured the two snakes in no time.
Meanwhile, cobras were found in a house near Salmer Mill in Karkala City and a house near Sri Bhuvanendra College. Prabhu went there and captured them.
The four cobras have been released in the Durga Sanctuary.
