Mangaluru: The swearing-in ceremony of office bearers of Law Bar Association (R) Bantwal for the year 2023-25 was held at Sparsh Kala Mandir B.C.Road.
Richard Costa M was sworn in as the new President for the year 2023-25, Rajesh Bollukallu as vice-president, Chandrashekar D Byrikatte as general secretary, Sunitha K K as joint secretary and Smt Nirmala Shetty as treasurer. Ankola Senior Civil Judge Manohar M, who inaugurated the programme, administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new office-bearers.
Smt Bhagyamma, Senior Civil Judge, Bantawal, Chandrashekar Yellappa Talawara, Principal Civil Judge and Krishnamurthy N, Additional Civil Judge were the chief guests.
Ganeshananda Somayaji, the outgoing president of Law Bar Association (RE) Bantwal, presided over the function. All the former presidents of The Law Bar Association (RE) Bantwala were felicitated on the occasion. Prasad Kumar Rai welcomed the gathering. General Secretary Chandrashekar D Byrikatte thanked. The programme was moderated by Narendranath Bhandari.
The programme was followed by a new style of Gita Sahitya Sambhrama by Vittal Nayak Kalladka’s team.
