Mangaluru: The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) is proud to announce the 40th Annual National HR Conference, known as Natcon 2024, to be held on September 27 and 28 at the Dr TMA Pai International Convention Centre in Mangaluru.
This flagship event, organized by the Mangaluru chapter of NIPM, will bring together HR professionals, academicians, legal fraternity, and students to explore current issues and trends in the field of human resources.
With the theme “India@2047: Human Capital for a Developed India,” Natcon 2024 will delve into the critical role of human capital in India’s journey towards becoming a global powerhouse by 2047.
The conference will feature over 40 speakers discussing 15 topics, including roundtable discussions with HR/IR/L&D/academic and legal practitioners.
The launching ceremony of Natcon 2024 will be held on April 20, Saturday at 7:00 pm at Hotel A J Grand Mangaluru.
Conference Chairman T V Mohandas Pai, Chairman of Aarin Capital Partners, will launch the website of Natcon 2024.
Co-Chairman Krishna Hegde M, CGM – HR at MRPL, along with Dr M H Raja, National President – NIPM, will launch the Sponsorship Brochure.
The Program Brochure/Poster will be launched by the NATCON 24 Program Committee Advisor, Richard Lobo, who is also the CPO at Tech Mahindra, and P R Basavaraju, NIPM National General Secretary.
Mohandas Pai, Chairman of Aarin Capital Partners and Conference Chairman, Richard Lobo, Program Committee Advisor and CPO at Tech Mahindra, and Co-Chairman of Natcon 2024, Krishna Hegde M, CGM – HR at MRPL will address the gathering.
P P Shetty, Chairman Organizing Committee, Steevan Pinto, Chairman NIPM Mangaluru Chapter and Convener of Natcon 2024, Dr Laxmish Rai, Secretary NIPM Mangaluru Chapter will be present.
Ph.D. Awardee Dr Asha A Pai and newly enrolled life members of NIPM will be honored by Krishna Hegde and National President NIPM Dr M H Raja respectively during the occasion.
More than 200 professionals and National Council Members of NIPM are expected to participate in this launching ceremony of Natcon 2024.
