Mangaluru: A youngster from Konchady recently lost his life as a result of a fall from the second floor of a building.

The 26-year-old was painting the exterior wall of a decorator’s residence in Mangalore when the ladder he was standing on slipped, causing him to fall on the road.

It had only been fifteen days since Mohith Poojary began the work when the tragic incident occurred. The serious injuries that the painter suffered in the process led to his untimely demise before he could reach the hospital that day.

The deceased’s uncle has now registered a case at the Kankanady police station in connection with the incident.
