New Delhi/Udupi: A three judge bench of the Supreme Court has rejected a petition seeking stay order on investigations being carried out against Atul Rao in connection with Padmapriya suicide case.
The apex court bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra rejected the petition which sought a stay order on August 18.
Padmapriya, wife of former Udupi MLA, Raghupathi Bhat ended her life in New Delhi in 2008.
Investigation team is questioning Atul Rao in connection with the suicide case.
