Udupi: The BJP Udupi District committee filed a police complaint alleging that several of the banners they had erected to welcome party President J. P. Nadda to Udupi had been on torn Sunday February 19.
Nadda is set to visit the District on Monday to participate in party events that will take place on the grounds of MGM College and then in Byndoor.
The district BJP unit has placed banners welcoming Nadda all across the City. The complaint claimed that the miscreants tore the banners that were on display at Bannanje.
