Three Kalaburagi Devotees Killed in Accident Near Ayodhya

Kalaburagi: Three devotees from Kalaburagi died in a head-on collision between a lorry and a tempo near Ayodhya on Friday night. Several others sustained minor injuries.


The deceased have been identified as Shivaraj, Kashinath, and Thangamma. The injured are currently receiving treatment at the Ayodhya government hospital.

The accident occurred when a tempo carrying 22  members of the same family who were going to Ram Temple in Ayodhya after visiting Kashi Vishwanath in Varanasi collided with a lorry.

According to District Hospital Emergency Medical Officer Ashish Pathak, one of the injured is in critical condition and has been transferred to the Medical College in Darshan Nagar for further treatment. The remaining passengers are undergoing treatment at the district hospital.
