Ballari: The BJP will win more than 130 seats in this Assembly election, said Minister Govind Karjol.
He was speaking at a press conference held by the BJP at the District BJP Office in the City on Tuesday May 2.
India ranks fifth in the world in terms of economy. In the last three years, the BJP Government has done a lot of development. It has facilitated the implementation of reservation for all communities in the State. Canal repairs at a cost, and small dams have been constructed to facilitate agriculture. The Congress ruled for 60 years but did not do development. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was not allowed to enter the Lok Sabha, even though he was ignored without being given the Bharat Ratna. Dr. Jagjivan Rao was expelled from the Congress. Former MPs Mallikarjun Kharge, K. H. Muniyappa, and K. Parameshwara were defeated by the Congress and Dalits were not allowed to grow. The Congress policy is working to oppress the downtrodden, he said.
He said the BJP has given more seats to the downtrodden in the cabinet. Though we have been agitating for the last 40 years to increase reservation for SCs, STs and STs, the Congress did not implement the reservation, but the BJP Government did implement it. The BJP will definitely win this time. Former CM Siddaramaiah ruled for five years but achieved zero performance, he said.
