He was speaking at the valedictory function of the 8th Taluk Kannada Sahitya Sammelana held in the Town. He said, “Today’s youth are getting obsessed with bad habits and destroying their beautiful lives. Therefore, it is necessary to educate children about sanskar and language pride at home,” he added.
Former MLA Subhash Kallur said, “the youth should be inclined towards literature. Only then can literature be developed,” he said.
Dr. Shivaganga of Gulbarga University said that it is necessary for teachers to impart literary knowledge to students.
