Bidar: BJP district officials have sent a memorandum to the honorable state governors regarding the new state government, expressing their dismay over recent incidents. This comes in the wake of the recent IT raids in Bangalore, in which around 42 crores were recovered from the residence of a contractor named Ambika Pati, and about 45 crores were found at the home of builder Santosh Krishnappa in Ketumara Halli.
The Congress party in Karnataka has been accumulating a staggering sum of 2,000 crores for the upcoming state elections. This has raised concerns and demands for the dismissal of the corrupt government by the state governors. The BJP district president, Shivannana Mantalkar, has earnestly urged for this.
Ever since the Congress government came to power in the state, widespread corruption has been occurring in all government departments. Though there have been fiery speeches by the state ministers, it has not materialized into concrete action. The absence of funds allocated for Anna Bhagya, Gruha Lakshmi, and loans for those who have Khatas has left the government non-operational. This sentiment has been expressed by Eshwar Singh Thakur in his displeasure with the government.
