Koppal: As many as 15 villages in Anegondi area comes under the jurisdiction of Hampi Development Authority and the local people are unable to make a living due to frequent trade transactions. Former Minister Gali Janardhana Reddy has promised to separate Anegondi Village from the Hampi Authority as soon as he wins and join hands with the party.
He was speaking after participating in a campaign for KRP Party and joining the party in Anegondi old mandal villages.
Anegondi Bhovi Samaja’s occupation will be given official permits from the Government and more than 20 elderly women in the village will be helped to undergo eye operations at their own expense for those with visual impairments. Free buses will be arranged in 4 to 5 days for school-going children from the surrounding villages of Rangapuru (Jangli) Village. The Tourism Department’s scheme will be implemented to enjoy the scenic beauty that comes in between Rangapur Village and Sanapur Village on the left bank canal. Infrastructure will be created in Tirumalapura. It is condemnable that even after 10 years of vacating the houses of 73 families in Virupapura Gaddi, they have not been rehabilitated and I will be given only 50 days and 150 houses will be allotted to you either by the Government or personally, he said.
