Chikkamagaluru: On the occasion of World Coconut Day, members of Sri Rama Sene and Vande Matharam Trust in Chikkamagaluru felicitated tender coconut merchants here on September 4.
The members urged the gathering to give up drinks like Pepsi and Cola considered harmful for human health.
The tender coconuts are good for health and also support farmers, the members said.
