Hassan: Former Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy has reiterated that the JD (S) workers will choose the Hassan Assembly Constituency candidate as per the expectations of the people of the Constituency.
Speaking to mediapersons after staying at Sanenahalli Village in Belur Taluk of the District on the occasion of Pancharatna Yatra, he said that the curiosity of the people will be put to rest soon. With this, Kumaraswamy has indirectly made a statement on giving ticket to H. P. Swaroop Prakash.
The second list of JD (S) candidates will be released soon, he said, adding that the Party’s State President H. D. Deve Gowda said that the list would be released in a few days.
Hitting out at Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, Kumaraswamy said that for the last two to three days, BJP stalwarts have taken out ‘Vijay Sankalp Yatra’ across Hassan District and what is their contribution to Hassan District as the great leaders of the Congress have attacked them in the name of Praja Dhvani Yatra. Prahlad Joshi, who has not resolved the issue in his family, talks about our family’s change. “We know the differences of opinion between Joshi brothers and let him fix it first,” he said.
