Hassan: District Principal and Sessions Judge Vijayalakshmi Devi opined that the awareness about the law among the public will help in maintaining peace and order.
She was speaking at the launch of the ‘Citizen Empowerment’ campaign through unlimited legal awareness in association with various organisations at the District Court premises. Everyone should be aware of the law applicable to daily life, she said.
Deputy Commissioner M. S. Archana said that the legal awareness programme is beneficial for every citizen and wished that such programmes would be successful.
