Hassan: Yatheesh of Thirumanahalli Village, who is currently working as a soldier, has appealed to the Police to arrest the murderer who was assaulted and killed in front of his eyes with a weapon. However three people were arrested for assaulting his family members with machetes, but their father is yet to be arrested.
Speaking at a press conference, he said, “On November 19, 2022 in Thirumanahalli Village, Chandan and his family had a conversation with my brother Yashwanth over a road issue at Thirumanahalli Village in Belur Taluk. A case was registered against four persons including Ashwath, Jayachandra Gowda and Nitin Kumar, for allegedly assaulting Yashwanth with a machete and causing his death. While three of them have been arrested, their father has not been arrested by the police. When questioned the police said that his health condition is not good.
He said that he had lodged a complaint with the District Superintendent Of Police against the Police Department for failing to arrest the accused despite providing the video and photo in connection with the murder case.
Recently, one Kabbali Yashodhara came to the house and threatened to withdraw the case.
He said, “I am working as a soldier and have come to the village on leave. If there is any problem for the family while on duty, who will be responsible for it?” he asked.
He also appealed to the police to arrest the killers immediately as a legitimate case.
