Adani Digital Labs (ADL), the technology arm of Adani Airport Holdings Limited, has unveiled a series of digital innovations aimed at transforming passenger experiences across its airports in India. The new initiatives, launched on 13 August 2025, include an expanded loyalty programme, a redesigned OneApp, and digital lounge services, all designed to improve convenience, comfort, and engagement.
Focus on a digital-first journey
ADL Director Srushti Adani described the initiatives as the first phase of a broader strategy to deliver a personalised, digital-first experience to travellers.
“In every project we undertake, our objective is to diminish travel-related anxiety for passengers,” she said. “We aim to move beyond standard aggregator offerings, creating a truly personalised experience that makes it a delight to journey through our airports.”
The company has also opened a 150-seater office in Ahmedabad, where teams will focus on building customer-centric solutions that address common travel challenges, including time constraints, lack of awareness of amenities, and long queues.
Adani OneApp: from transactional to experiential
The revamped Adani OneApp will consolidate all airport services into a single platform, offering real-time updates, tailored recommendations, and streamlined processes for travellers. Key features include:
