Mangaluru: Moodabidri is set for a major boost in its commercial and residential landscape with the upcoming inauguration of the town’s first shopping mall, iCare City Mall, and the near-completion of the premium residential project, iCare Bell Street Palace. Both developments are spearheaded by iCare Builders & Developers, and are poised to meet long-standing demands from residents while attracting visitors and investors alike.
First mall in Moodabidri nearing completion
Located in the fast-growing Vidyagiri area, iCare City Mall is an eight-storey complex with two basement levels for parking. The highlight is its multifunctional Melash Banquet auditorium, already operational, with a seating capacity ranging from 200 to 1,200 people and state-of-the-art facilities.

Just as the mall nears completion, the iCare Bell Street Palace residential project, located near the Corpus Christi Church in Moodabidri, is also seeing high demand. Only a limited number of two- and three-bedroom flats remain available despite the project still being under construction.
