MRPL Aromatic Complex Wins National Safety Council Award 2024

Mangaluru: The Aromatic Complex of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has been honored with the prestigious National Safety Council (NSC) Award 2024 for its outstanding dedication to workplace safety and operational excellence.

The award ceremony took place on January 16 at Hotel The Lalit, Mumbai, where Lalit Ghabne, Director General of NSC, presented the accolade. Representing MRPL, Suresh K Rao, GGM – HSE, along with Virendra Tyagi, Senior Manager – HSE, and Prashant Kumar Kalawadmath, Senior Manager – Operations, accepted the award.

Situated in the Mangalore Special Economic Zone (MSEZ), MRPL’s Aromatic Complex has consistently excelled in implementing robust safety protocols, innovative approaches, and industry best practices. This achievement highlights its unwavering commitment to fostering a safe and sustainable work environment.
