A case has been registered at N.R. Police Station against three individuals, including the current president of the Kaniyar Seva Samaj, for allegedly embezzling ₹11.75 lakh from the organization’s funds.

The complaint, filed by Secretary Ramasevak, accuses President Bangaraswamy, his daughter Bhavani, and a relative named Manohar of financial fraud. According to the FIR, Bangaraswamy, while still officially holding the post of president, unofficially appointed Manohar as president and Bhavani as secretary, bypassing the organization’s norms.

Ramasevak has alleged that the trio gradually siphoned ₹11.75 lakh from the Samaj’s bank account, located in the Pension Block of Rajendra Nagar, and misused the funds for personal gain. The complaint demands legal action against all three for betraying the trust of the organization and violating its financial integrity.

While both Bangaraswamy and Ramasevak continue to hold their official designations within the Samaj, the internal rift and financial irregularities have led to a full-blown police investigation.
