Chamarajanagara: Leaders of various political parties led by N. Mahesh quit the BSP and joined the BJP. He is the BJP candidate from Kollegala.
At a function held at Rechamballi Village in Santhemarahalli, BSP and JD (S) leaders left the party and joined the BJP under the leadership of N. Mahesh.
Speaking on the occasion, N. Mahesh said that the schemes made by the BJP Government are still etched in the minds of the people. “The BJP Government has laid a lot of emphasis on the development of Kollegal Constituency, there may have been some setback in the wake of Covid – 19 but in the last period, I have played a key role in the development of roads, drains, school buildings, community halls for all communities by bringing more than Rs. 549 crore grant,” he said, adding that he appeala to them to make him win in the upcoming Assembly elections once again.
