The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has intensified its probe into the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) illegal site allocation scam, unearthing large-scale malpractice.

As part of the operation, the ED has seized 160 sites distributed across prime localities including Andolana Circle, Dattagahalli, R.T. Nagar, Kuvempunagar, Vijayanagar, and Devanur layouts.

Investigators revealed shocking benami transactions—one individual alone was allotted 41 proxy sites, while others received 10 to 20 each.

Officials are accused of unlawfully distributing plots worth crores of rupees, violating regulations and facilitating massive land grabs.

The crackdown has exposed further irregularities within MUDA, suggesting deeper layers of corruption in site allocations.

ED sources confirmed that the operation will continue, aiming to trace additional benami holdings and prosecute those responsible for the scam.
