Mysuru: Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday December 11 said, ”the downfall of JD (S) started following his exit from the party.”
Speaking to mediapersons during the launch of Congress membership drive at his native Siddaramanahundi , he said “When I was the JD (S)
President JD (S) had won 59 seats in the Assembly elections. As soon as I was ousted from the party, began the slide of the numbers of JD (S). How can they come to power again?” said Siddaramaiah.
“The regional party is restricted to four to five districts. But the leaders claim to return to power in the next Assembly elections in 2023, which is a day dream,” he added.
