Labourer killed for demanding wages

Mysuru: A labourer was killed by his employers for demanding wages for hard work at the end of the month. Ningaraju, aged 32, is the deceased labourer. The incident took place in Vatalu village of T Narsipur taluk.
Abhishek, Chethan of Vatalu village, Doreswamy, resident of Navilur and Mahesh of Kaamanahalli allegedly involved in the murder are absconding.

Labourer Ningaraju had approached Abhishek seeking some employment. After working for a month under Abhishek, Ningaraju demanded wages from him. In response, Abhishek and his friends launched a deadly assault on Ningaraju, leaving him gasping for breath.

A seriously injured Ningaraju was admitted to hospital few days ago. However, his condition worsened and he succumbed last night.
