Mysuru: The Podar International School held an awareness programme on environment-friendly Deepavali on October 28.
The students from the school situated in Hebbal spoke about the importance of the festival and also explained about the harmful effects of crackers. They also took the audience through the precautionery methods to be taken during the festival of light.
