Mysuru: A tiger was found dead at Gundre Forest Range limits in Bandipur National Tiger Reserve Forest, recently.
The male tiger aged about 7 – 8 years is suspected to have been dead as a result of territorial fight. The Forest Officials and honorary wildlife warden visited the spot and completed the formalities related to autopsy.
The Forest officers are undertaking further investigation.
