Mandya: The allegations against adulteration of milk by Mandya Milk Union Limited (Manmul) is refusing to die down. Now, MLC Dinesh Gooligowda has urged Chief Minister (CM) Basavaraj Bommai to takeover Manmul due to the allegations of milk adulteration.
In a written request MLC has urged CM to supersede Manmul as milk adulteration with chemicals has come to light in Maddur.
The allegations of milk adulteration with water with the support of officials and employees of Manmul has been alleged for quite sometime come to light. It is alleged that cutting fat content by adding water is customers’ betrayal. And that these scam amounts to crores of rupees, it is further alleged.
