Mandya: An audio clip in which former MP and Karnataka Private School Management Association President L. R. Shivarame Gowda’s conversation with a woman party leader has been circulating since two days.
In the audio, Gowda a JD (S) leader claimed that he spent Rs. 30 Crore in last MP election at Mandya to win and is ready to spend Rs. 30 Crore to contest in next assembly election. He also said that he is running 8 schools and has been spending Rs. 3 Crore to give salary to staffs. In the audio he also has appealed the woman to support him in next election and days he plans to contest on JD (S) ticket from Nagamangala Constituency. He also said that he was defeated with less margin five times in elections when contested from Congress ticket.
Further, he is also heard abusing late G. Made Gowda and Nagamangala MLA Suresh Gowda.
