Mysuru: Students from leading city schools have delivered an impressive performance in the recently announced Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 examination results, with several institutions achieving a 100% pass rate and producing high scorers across disciplines.

The results reflect not only strong academic outcomes but also the growing emphasis on holistic development, as many students excelled in extracurricular activities alongside their studies.

NPS International School records strong results

At NPS International School, Samriddhi Garg emerged as the topper with 97.6%, followed by Aditi R Bambore and Shloka Shalit Kolat with 97.2%, and Chinmayee K with 97%.

According to school authorities, 29 students scored above 90%, while 47 students secured more than 85%. Several students also achieved centum in English and Social Science.

Principal Akhila Dinesh noted an improvement in performance compared to previous years. She highlighted that many toppers actively participated in inter-school competitions and extracurricular activities, with some even publishing research papers.

Strong showing across institutions

Other schools in Mysuru also reported commendable results. At another institution led by principal Manju Sharma, all students passed the examination, with 23 scoring above 90%. Students performed exceptionally well in subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, Financial Marketing and Management, with many securing full marks.

At Delhi Public School Mysuru, Syeda Zoya Mariam topped the school with 98.2%, followed by Kaashvi Ojha with 97.6% and Shriya Purushothama with 96.8%.

Excel Public School continues consistent performance

Students of Excel Public School Mysuru once again demonstrated academic excellence. Vishanth Muthanegere Vivekananda secured the top position with 99%, followed by Amritha Biligiri Prashanth with 98.4%.

Aahana A Vasan and Ashrit AA jointly secured third place with 98%. Principal Mathew KG emphasised that students achieved these results without relying on private tuition, underlining the institution’s focus on in-school learning and all-round development.

JSS Public School achieves high distinction rate

At JSS Public School JP Nagar Mysuru, 90 students appeared for the examination, of whom 70 secured distinction.

Chaithanya Mahesh topped the school with 99.6%, while Shravya M secured second place with 97.8% and Hasini Shamanth stood third with 96.4%. A total of 29 students scored above 90%, reflecting strong academic performance.

Principal Archana SN stated that students also excelled in extracurricular activities, contributing to the school’s overall success.

Christ Public School reports multiple high achievers

At Christ Public School Bogadi Mysuru, Aarushi M topped with 98%, followed by Likhith S Devang with 97.6% and Sukruthi V with 97.4%.

The school reported 19 students scoring above 95% and 38 students scoring between 90% and 95%. A total of 132 students secured distinction. In Information Technology, 39 students achieved centum, while three students scored full marks in Social Science.
