Mysuru: Member of Parliament Pratap Simha has leveled allegations against Tata Coffee and former Union finance minister P Chidambaram of encroaching forest land over thousands of acres in Kodagu district.

‘Pratap Simha must perform as MP and desist from loose talks’-1Speaking about Diddalli tribal eviction issue, the MP said that if the land encroached by the Tata Coffee and Chidambaram is reclaimed, then the tribals can not only be given sites, but they could also be given two acres of extra land each for cultivation.

Both Chief minister Siddaramaiah and revenue minister Kagodu Thimmappa are aware of these issues and should act immediately to evict the big land sharks from the forest land, Pratap Simha asserted.
