Mysuru: Two women have suddenly gone missing from Srinivasa Agrahara area of Srirangapatna on August 22.
Mahadevi (21) and Priyadarshini (22) who is married and having a child are the missing women.
Mahadevi used to frequent Priayadarshini’s house. On August 22, she asked Priyadarshini to accompany her for shopping and both never returned.
In her complaint to the police, Priyadarshini’s mother has suspected Mahadevi’s hand in her daughter’s disappearance. Naveen Kumar, Priyadarshini’s husband has accused Mahadevi of luring his wife by resorting to black magic and similar practices.
A complaint has been registered at Srirangapatna police station. Police have intensified search operations and are on the lookout for the two missing women.
